Instructions for Viewing the Grant List

Sorting - Click on the table column header to sort/reverse sort the rows by column contents. You can then reverse sort by clicking a second time. Clicking a third time will remove the sort altogether.

Filtering - Allows a search across all records in a given table column by entering a filter term in the text box above the column and then clicking the Filter button, located above the column header on the right side of the table. Clicking the Clear button (located next to Filter) will remove all filters.

For example, let's say there are 300 records with the first 50 currently being displayed. If you enter a word or partial word in the filter input field that matches 30 records across the full 300-record set, those 30 records will now appear in the table.

  • Example: If you type "jon" in the PI Name column text box and hit enter (or click on Filter), all the PIs with the word "jon" will be returned.
The search is case-insenstive and can be a part of a word. So a search for "jon" will include "JON" and "Jonathan".
  • You can type the full name of the PI in the text box. Note the format must be: Last Name, First Name Example: To return the list with "John Smith" as the PI; the search term must be: Smith, John.
